Term Of Use
DELIVERY
We have two types of shipping:
1. International
1) Express Delivery takes 1-3 working days of delivery.
2) Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days of delivery.
2) Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days of delivery.
All international orders are dispatched using DHL, Monday to Friday between 6:00am-1:30pm (GMT+3)
Custom-made measurements orders take 3-5 days after you place your order and dispatched using DHL, Monday to Friday between 6:00am-1:30pm (GMT+3)
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
2. Local
1) Express Delivery takes 1-2 business days of delivery excluding SUNDAYS
2) Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days of delivery SUNDAYS
2) Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days of delivery SUNDAYS
All local orders are dispatched using Fargo Courier & Bodaboda, Monday to Saturday 6:00am -1:30pm (GMT+3)
Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-5 business days but a 7 day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because preparation may take slightly longer.
We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be 3-5 business days after the date you place your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Gleam Website. If you have not yet received your order, please contact info@justgleam.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
Orders with custom-made measurements must be cancelled within the same day they are placed.
